Southport draw 1-1 after keeper is sent off

OSTRACISED Southport keeper Steven Drench will not be recalled from Cambridge United to cover Tony McMillan’s impending suspension following his dismissal at Gateshead, the Visiter understands.

Drench, 23, who is on loan at the Abbey Stadium pending a permanent move in January, is set to be overlooked despite Port having a 24-hour recall option.
